Philadelphia Rooftop Yoga Classes
Beginning with the Bok Rooftop program in 2014, Katie began teaching rooftop events around the city. Bok Rooftop yoga is now a full-fledged event featuring some of Philly’s top Yoga instructors, drawing hundreds of students throughout the summer. Katie has expanded her rooftop classes to many other places around this city including the Free Library of Philadelphia and One South Broad. Rooftop Classes are followed up with a sweet sunset happy hour either on the roof or with a partnering bar– because who doesn’t love a little rose at the end of a hot summer day.
Katie also offers regularly scheduled Yoga classes throughout the year at KG Strong, as a compliment to her small group Kettlebell and conditioning program. Her Yoga classes focus on strength, alignment, and community building, and she welcomes students of all levels and experience. Check our her monthly event, Yoga Breakfast Club– an hour of Yoga followed by bottomless mimosas and a continental breakfast. This event takes place in the beautiful and historic atrium of the Phoenix building in partnership with Tir Na Nog Irish Bar and Grill or in the studio at KG Strong. No matter where the event, you can expect a strong and balanced practice, friendly students and a lot of fun.
